Bridge Brush ships across India. We currently do not offer international shipping. All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Processing time may be longer during peak seasons, sale periods, or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and shipping method selected. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999 for standard delivery.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order status on our website or through our logistics partner's tracking system.
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery during business hours (9 AM to 8 PM). In case you're not available, they will attempt delivery up to 3 times. After failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
We may not be able to deliver to certain remote locations or areas with security restrictions. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange delivery to the nearest serviceable location.
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with our logistics partners to resolve the issue.
Shipping times may be extended during holidays, festivals, or due to weather conditions. We will notify customers of any significant delays.
