Currently, we operate as an online-only fashion store. Our headquarters and warehouse are located in Mansarovar Sector 1, Jaipur, Rajasthan. We focus on providing the best online shopping experience with doorstep delivery across India.

Payment

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) facility across India. You can pay for your order when it gets delivered to your doorstep. COD is available for orders up to ₹5000.
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, standard shipping charges of ₹99 apply. Express shipping is available at ₹199 for all orders, and same-day delivery costs ₹299 in select cities.
Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days, express delivery takes 2-3 business days, and same-day delivery is available in select cities for orders placed before 12 PM. Processing time is 1-2 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order on our website using the tracking number or through our logistics partner's tracking system.
We accept all major payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, digital wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay), and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders up to ₹5000.
Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Order & Returns

Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. We also offer size exchanges subject to availability. Defective or wrong items can be returned immediately with full refund.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. For credit/debit cards and net banking, the refund will reflect within 3–5 business days. Refunds to digital wallets are usually completed within 2–3 business days, while COD refunds are processed via bank transfer within 7–10 business days.

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange immediate pickup and provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs at no extra charge to you.
If the size doesn't fit, you can easily exchange it for a different size within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. The item should be in original condition with tags attached. Contact our customer support to initiate the exchange process.
